Chapter 12: London

Isla's p.o.v

Aaron took me along with him. We both sit in the car and move towards home.

After some minutes, we reached home. I was about to climb down the car when

" I have told you to stay away from him, haven't I ??", Aaron questioned me angrily.

" Yes, but he is a good guy", I replied.

" Just stay away from him,'' Aaron ordered me.

" But…", I tried to say something.

" No arguments. You can go now", he said, clenching his jaw.

I climbed down from the car. He started the car and went from there.

I stood seeing him going away.

I entered the house and met Avery who was waiting for me.

" How was it?? Did our plan work?", Avery asked me.

" Yes, He didn't allow Axel to drop me home. He even warned me again to stay away from Axel", I told her, excitedly.

" Great!! We will continue this plan", Avery said, happily.

Later in the night, Avery and I were in my room watching a movie.

" I forgot to tell you, I am going to London next week with Aaron", I said.

" London??", She asked.

" Yes, Aaron has an important case to attend to,'' I replied.

" It's a very good opportunity for you. In London, you both will be alone. You know what I mean?", She asked, teasing me.

I blushed when I heard her.

" We have to go shopping. You need to buy some sexy dresses", Avery said.

" Cool", I replied.

Five days later,

The whole week, we have tried to make Aaron jealous with the help of Axel.

I even went on a date with Axel to provoke Aaron.

Axel and I had not spent even half an hour on our date when I got a call from Aaron.

He ordered me to come to the office for some meeting which was scheduled for next week.

Aaron looks cute when he is jealous.

Tomorrow we are going to London so Avery and Autumn had taken me to the mall to shop.

" How about this??", Autumn asked, showing me a peach dress.

The dress has a deep neck which leaves nothing to the imagination.

" No!! Its neck is too deep", I said.

" Come on!! It will look good on you", Avery said, trying to convince me.

We tried to find a perfect dress for me but alas we didn't succeed. We were crossing a shop when my eyes fell on a royal blue gown.

It was both elegant as well as sexy.

" How about that one?", I asked, showing them.

" You should try it,'' Avery said.

We entered the shop and I went to try the dress.

I was looking great in this dress. This dress shows my curves perfectly.

I went outside the trial room to show them.

" Wow….", Autumn said.

" You are looking beautiful. Aaron will not be able to control himself seeing you in this dress.", Avery said, winking at me, making me blush.

" Stop it you both", I said, trying to stop their teasing.

Later we were roaming the mall when they took me to the lingerie shop.

" Why are we here??", I asked, feeling nervous.

" Because we need to buy some sexy lingerie", Autumn said, naughtily.

" Come on, girls", Avery said, dragging us inside.

They got busy shopping while I was feeling uncomfortable.

I noticed a black lingerie. It has a deep neck and a slit on the side.

I decided to buy this lingerie set.

" It will look good on you", Autumn said.

I gave her an awkward smile.

We paid our bill and went home after having our lunch outside.

Tomorrow, I am going to London with Aaron. I am feeling very nervous as well as excited.

We are going there early in the morning. Aaron had arranged his private jet to take us there.

I was lost in my thoughts when I got a message from Aaron.

" I will pick you up around 7 A.M", Aaron messaged me.

" Okay", I messaged back.

I placed my cell phone on the side and slept after switching off the light.

The next day, I was sleeping soundly when my alarm clock started to make noises. I turned it off and went towards the washroom to take shower.

I got ready around 6: 30 A.M and went downstairs with my bag.

I was surprised to see my family waiting for me downstairs. Avery is usually sleeping and mom, dad go jogging around this time.

" Good morning", they said, greeting me.

" Good morning!! you guys?? I thought you both have gone jogging already", I said.

"  Our daughter is going away from us for the first time, so we want to meet you before you go", Dad said, emotionally.

" Dad, I am going for a few days. Aaron will be there with me. I will be back soon", I said, hugging him.

" You should eat something before going", Mom said.

" I am not feeling hungry. I will eat something on the flight", I said, side hugging my mom.

Avery comes and hugs me.

" All the best", She whispered in my ear.

" Thank you", I replied, whispering.

I got a call from Aaron. He is waiting for me outside.

"  Dad, I will be fine. Don't stress yourself. I will be going now. Bye!!", I said and went outside the house.

Aaron's driver took my luggage from me. I opened the car door and settled myself beside Aaron who was busy with his cellphone.

" Good morning", I said, greeting him.

" Good morning", he replied.

We soon reached the airport. Security led us towards the private jet.

I have travelled in a private jet before so it was nothing new for me.

We sat on our seats. Aaron put his laptop on the table and started doing some work ignoring me completely.

Aaron has his own house in London so we are going to live there. I will be alone with him in the house. I am feeling excited as well as nervous.

After some time, flight attendants serve us breakfast.

" Thank you", I said, smiling.

After eating breakfast, I checked some files. I don't know when I slept reading the file.

When my eyes opened, I noticed my surroundings. I was sleeping on a bed. Each private jet has a  bedroom to rest. I smiled knowing, Aaron is the one who carried me here so I can sleep soundly.

I freshened up and went outside. Aaron was reading a book while drinking coffee.

" Thank you", I said while sitting on the seat.

He nodded his head without looking at me.

After half an hour, we reached our destination.

Aaron's driver picked us up from the Airport.  After an hour, we reached his house. It was neither big nor small. I like it a lot.

Aaron showed me my room.

"Chef comes to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can tell him what you want to eat. He will be here soon.  If you need anything else, you can tell me.", Aaron said and went to his room.

I decided to explore the house before lunch.

The house is beautifully designed. It has a terrace which gives a breathtaking view. The house even has a swimming pool. An office cum library is also built in the house.

After exploring the house, I went to the kitchen. A man in his late fifties was cooking something.

" Hello", I said, greeting him.

" Hello, Mam. Do you want something??" He said.

" Water please", I said, smiling.

He gave me a glass of water.

" Thank you", I said, smiling.

After drinking water, I went to my room. I called my parents and talked with them for some time.

My Dad is overprotective so he is always worried for Avery and me. I am lucky to have such a sweet family.

I don't know anything about my real family but I am happy with my foster family. They love me a lot and never make me feel like an outsider.

After a few minutes, I went outside to have lunch. Aaron was already present there.

We were having our lunch silently when

"We will be meeting the client at dinner. I want you to read the case file before the dinner meeting", Aaron said to me.

" Okay", I replied.

After lunch, I went to my room and got busy reading the case file.

I stretched my body after finishing the work. I noticed the time and gasped.

" Shit!! I will be late", I mumbled and hurriedly went to take shower. We have a dinner meeting at 8 P.M and it's already 6:30 P.M

I hurriedly got ready and went downstairs.  I was wearing a formal dress Since it is a business meeting.

Soon we left for the meeting. This meeting was arranged in a five-star hotel. Our client is Mr White who is in the construction business.

We are going to fight a case for Mr White against his competitor who had stolen some important information from his company.

The court hearing is tomorrow in the afternoon. We are going to talk about the case hearing in this meeting.

We reached the hotel where they led us towards our table. Mr White was already present there.

" Hello, Mr Miller", Mr White said.

Both of them shake their hands while greeting each other.

" Hello, Mr White. She is my secretary, Isla", Aaron said, introducing me.

I nodded my head slightly to greet him.

" I hope you reached here without any worry", Mr White asked.

" We didn't face any problem", Aaron replied.

We ordered some drinks and our meeting started.

Aaron asked some important questions from Mr White. I noted down everything in a paper.

Mr White's competitor had sent a spy in their company to work. The spy was a man who worked for Mr White's company for six months to gain trust then when he got a chance he stole the information and provided it to Mr White's competitor due to which Mr White lost a big contract and faced problems.

Mr White wants to teach his competitor a lesson and recover his losses. So he sued his competitor for fraud.

After one hour, our meeting finished. We three had our dinner and went home.

Aaron was busy preparing for tomorrow's case so I didn't disturb him.

Next day,

We left for court around 10 A.M. It took us two hours to reach the court due to traffic. I am very excited to see Aaron fighting a case.

Soon the hearing started. Both the lawyers started their arguments in front of the Judge to make their client win.

Aaron is very passionate about his profession. In this profession, he is an inspiration to many students like me.

In the end, Aaron wins the case since he was able to make the man, who spied in Mr White's company, confess everything in front of the Judge.

The contract was given to Mr White's company. Also, Mr White was given a compensation of 50 Million dollars.

Outside the court,

" Thank you Mr Miller", Mr White said.

" It was my duty to help you", Aaron said.

" Mr Miller, I am organising a party to honour you for winning the case and helping our company. I want to thank you through this party", Mr White said.

" There is no need to do all these, Mr White", Aaron said.

" I know you have a busy schedule but I request you to attend this party. Please, Mr Miller. Bring your secretary as well", Mr White requested.

" Fine!! We will come", Aaron replied.

" Thank you. I will see you both at the party", Mr White said and went from there.

We also left the court and made our way towards home.

" Congratulations", I said to Aaron.

He just nodded his head.

We were having our lunch when Aaron said," Take some rest before the party."

" You too", I said and went to my room.

It was a hectic morning so I decided to take a nap before the party. I changed my clothes and climbed the bed.

I was sleeping soundly when I felt someone knocking on my door.

I opened the door rubbing my eyes. My eyes widened seeing Aaron standing in front of my room.

I was feeling weak seeing his intense eyes. He reached out and tucked some of my hair behind my ear.

" You here?", I asked him, blushing slightly.

" We will be leaving for the party around 8 P.M. Don't be late", Aaron said and went from there.

I closed the door and lay on the bed thinking about Aaron.

I decided to wear the royal blue dress which I buy in the mall. It has strings on the back that support the whole dress.

I took a shower and got ready. I decided to style my hair in a messy bun.

I wear diamond earrings and a diamond bracelet which matches my dress perfectly.

I complete my look with blue heels.

I stood in front of a mirror. I must say, I am looking hot in this gown. This dress highlights my curves perfectly.

I pick up my clutch and cellphone before leaving my room.

I went towards the hall. I noticed Aaron standing in the middle with his mouth wide open. He was eyeing me from head to toe. I can see the desire in his eyes.

" Beautiful", he whispered slowly. But I was able to hear him.

" Aaron", I called his name.

" Yes!!", He said, moving his eyes from me.

"I am ready", I replied.

" Let's go", he said, not meeting my eyes.

We went to Mr White's farmhouse. The party is organised in his farmhouse.

Mr White and his wife welcomed us to the party.

I noticed everyone's eyes on us or particularly on Aaron. Women were drooling over him while men were glaring at him with jealousy due to his success.

Mr White introduced us to some important people who want to make connections with Aaron. They were talking about business while I was listening to them silently.

" Mr Miller met my son, Henry", Mr White said, introducing us to his son. I noticed Henry is in his late twenties. He is quite handsome but not more than Aaron. He has a charming smile which can make girls crazy over it.

Aaron and Henry greet each other, shaking their hands.

" Dad, you didn't introduce me to the beautiful lady?"Henry said, complaining.

" Sorry!! Meet Isla, Mr Miller's secretary", Mr White said.

" Hello, Isla!! I can call you Isla, right??", Henry asked, flirting.

" Yes, you can", I replied, smiling awkwardly.

" See you later, sweetheart", Henry said, winking at me before leaving us alone.

" Don't mind him. He likes to do harmless flirting", Mr White said.

Aaron was looking at Henry's back with a hard look in his eyes and jaw clenched.

I gave Mr White an awkward smile.

After some time, Mr White brings someone to introduce him to Aaron. I was feeling bored so I went towards the bar counter to have a drink.

I was having my drink while eyeing Aaron. He was talking with a lady. She was wearing a revealing dress and standing very close to him.

I was not liking her closeness with Aaron.

" Hey!! Pretty lady", Henry said, coming close to me.

I ignored him and moved my eyes back to Aaron.

" Hey!! Don't ignore me like that. I just want to talk with you", Henry said, pouting.

" I don't like to talk with strangers", I said, harshly.

" We can become friends. I don't mind at all", Henry said flirting.

" But I mind, Mr White", Aaron said to Henry, with a blank face.

" Mr Miller, I was just being friendly. I mean no harm", Henry said, sincerely.

Aaron ignored Henry and fixed his eyes on me.

" It's time to go home", Aaron said to me.

" Okay!!", I said.

Aaron forwards his hand towards me.

I held his hand and followed him. Aaron took me towards Mr White.

" We would like to take our leave, Mr White,'' Aaron said.

" It's still early. I wish you too could spend more time with us", Mr White said.

" We're sorry but we need to go. Thank you for inviting us", Aaron said.

" Pleasure is all mine. It was nice working with you, Mr Miller", Mr White said.

Mr White accompanied us to the main gate.

We thanked him once again before climbing our car.

" Are you okay?", I asked him, seeing a deep frown on his face.

He didn't say anything so I removed my eyes from him.

After some minutes, we reached home.

We were entering the hall when my foot slipped due to heels. I was waiting for the pain to come with my eyes tightly shut.

I waited for one minute but didn't feel any kind of pain. Feeling confused, I opened my eyes slowly.

Aaron was holding me tightly through my waist. He was looking at me passionately. I was lost in his intense eyes.

His lips were very close to mine. He was holding my waist tightly. I was breathing heavily due to his closeness.

" Is he going to kiss me?", I thought, happily.

I saw something flashing across his eyes.  He makes me stand on my feet. He slowly retard himself from me.

He looked at me for a few seconds. It looks like he is fighting with himself. I saw him taking deep breaths.

He went to his room without saying anything.

I don't understand what the hell just happened now. One second, we were about to kiss and another second, he ignored me like he was not about to kiss me.

I decided something and went to my room.

I pulled the black lingerie from my bag which I had bought from the Mall.

" It's the time to take control of our life. I have given him enough time but he is not listening to his heart and making both of us suffer. Now only one option is left for me. I am going to seduce him tonight. I am going to make him lose his control. I am going to make him mine tonight. I am going to make him confess his feelings", I mumbled, with determination.
